Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of the ZapUp support centre at soporte.zapup.es (the help, the request form and case tracking). The battery rental service is governed by ZapUp's terms of contract; these terms do not replace them. The Spanish version is the legally binding one.
1. Who provides the service
- Owner
- MAGIASLINK, S.L. (ZapUp)
- Tax ID (CIF)
- B21937222
- Address
- Calle Salamanca 33, 4, 10 · 46005 Valencia, Spain
- Contact
- info@zapup.es
2. What the support centre is for
The support centre is free and lets you read answers to frequently asked questions and report incidents with the ZapUp service: charges, battery returns, refunds, problems with a station or any other question.
3. How a request is handled
- When you send the form you will receive a case number (ZS-…) and a confirmation email with a private link to follow your request.
- We handle requests in order of arrival within the support hours published on the home page. Any timeframes we give are approximate.
- We may ask you for additional information (for example, proof of payment) to check the incident. If we do not receive it within a reasonable time, we may close the case; you can always open a new one.
- Opening a case does not mean the claim is accepted. Each request is reviewed and we will let you know the outcome by email.
4. Refunds
When a refund is due, we will make it using the same payment method used for the rental, unless we agree otherwise with you. The time it takes for the money to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Your commitments
- Provide truthful information relating to your own rentals or those you are responsible for.
- Not send unlawful or offensive content, content that infringes third-party rights, or files with malicious software.
- Not use the form in an automated way or to send advertising or repeated requests without reason.
- Keep the tracking link of your case private: anyone who has it can see the conversation.
We may restrict use of the support centre or close requests that breach these commitments.
6. Help content
Help articles are provided for information purposes and we review them often, but they may not reflect a recent change to the service. In case of doubt, what the support team tells you in your case prevails.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the support centre always available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond ZapUp's control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.
8. Personal data
The processing of the data you give us is described in the privacy policy.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts that have jurisdiction under consumer protection law; in all other cases, those of the city of Valencia.
